TRAINING FOR THE STADIUM CHALLENGE

The Stadium Challenge was inspired by Orangetheory Fitness which offers heart-rate based interval training.  Each workout focuses on endurance, strength and/or power.

The Stadium Challenge will encompass all three of these fitness components.

  1. Endurance:  You’ll need the ability to exert yourself for longer periods of time.
  2. Strength:  You’ll need strong legs to continuously climb stairs.
  3. Power:  You’ll be running a 100 yard sprint as fast as you can during the event.

The best way to train for the Stadium Challenge is with Orangetheory Fitness – every workout is a full body workout that will prepare you for this amazing challenge!
